During Travis Scott's Circus Maximus tour in Orlando, the unexpected appearance of Kanye West brought a multitude of hits to the stage, such as "Runaway" and "All of the Lights." Despite Kanye West's recent focus on his forthcoming collaborative album, "Vultures," with Ty Dolla $ign, the rapper diverged from the expected playlist and treated the audience to a mix of classics including "Fade," "Can't Tell Me Nothing," and "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1." Complex Music reported that West, true to his style, added an eerie touch to the otherwise reminiscent performance by wearing a white hockey mask reminiscent of the iconic "Friday the 13th" character, Jason Voorhees.

Following his controversial and antisemitic remarks last fall, Kanye West is making an effort to stage a comeback. His comments led to widespread condemnation from the Anti-Defamation League, social media platform suspensions, and significant fallout, including being dropped from major partnerships with Adidas, Balenciaga, and Gap.

Despite attempts at a comeback, Kanye West has continued to generate controversy throughout his latest album cycle. The title track's lyrics, including a provocative line, "How am I antisemitic? I just [engaged in a sexual act with] a Jewish [woman]," raised eyebrows. Furthermore, during a livestreamed album listening session in Las Vegas, West delivered a lengthy rant where he compared himself to Jesus Christ and Hitler. Shortly thereafter, he posted a concise apology to the Jewish community on Instagram, composed in Hebrew.
"I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions. It was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused," West expressed. "I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity."
Originally slated for release on January 12, "Vultures" is now scheduled to drop in three volumes, starting on February 9.
