Disney+ Sets Premiere Date for 'Renegade Nell'

In "Renegade Nell," Harland takes center stage as the eponymous highwaywoman embarking on an extraordinary adventure – albeit one of evasion rather than leisure – after being wrongly accused of a murder she vehemently denies committing. Set against the backdrop of the 18th century, Nell's exploits capture the imagination of villages far and wide as she deftly eludes capture. The series takes a fantastical turn when Nell encounters Billy Blind, portrayed by Nick Mohammed of "Ted Lasso" fame, a mystical spirit who imparts upon the young outlaw a newfound sense of direction and purpose in her tumultuous life.

Several months ago, we were treated to a glimpse of the captivating world of "Renegade Nell" through a collection of first-look images. These visuals showcased Harland, Mohammed, and the ensemble cast adorned in their period attire, complete with elaborate wigs and intricate costumes befitting the era. Alongside Harland and Mohammed, the series features an impressive lineup including Alice Kremelberg ("The Sinner") as Sofia Wilmot, Joely Richardson ("Nip/Tuck") as Lady Eularia Moggerhanger, Jake Dunn ("Half Bad") as Sofia's brother Thomas, Adrian Lester ("Mary Queen of Scots") as the Earl of Poynton, and Frank Dillane ("Fear the Walking Dead") as Charles Devereux.
