Tenacious D Announces US Tour Leg for Fall 2023
Tenacious D's 2023 tour plan now includes an autumn US leg. The comedy rock combo of Jack Black and Kyle Gass will go on a short tour in September.
The band's upcoming "Spicy Meatball Tour" kicks out on September 6th in Charlotte, North Carolina and runs through September 15th in Austin, Texas.
An artist presale has already begun through Ticketmaster with the code SPICY, and a Live Nation pre-sale begins Thursday (June 7th) at 10 a.m. ET with the code DISCO. On Friday, June 9th, general ticket sales will begin.
Fans may also check StubHub for offers or get tickets to sold-out performances, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed thanks to StubHub's Fan Protect program.
Tenacious D recently concluded a spring US tour and are currently in the midst of a European/UK tour that will conclude on June 18th with a performance at France's Hellfest. When they return to the United States later this month, they'll perform at the Video Game Awards on June 25th at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Tenacious D has lately showered fans with new songs, prompting the announcement of a new tour. They released a version of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" last week (followed by an entertaining music video picturing Black and Gass romping on a beach), and in May they released "Video Games," the duo's first original song in five years.
