Bombay Bicycle Club release new album 'My Big Day' and reveal title tune

Bombay Bicycle Club has announced the release of their sixth studio album, 'My Big Day,' as well as the title single.

Produced by the band's vocalist/guitarist Jack Steadman, 'My Big Day' contains collaborations with Damon Albarn, Jay Som, Nilüfer Yanya, and Holly Humberstone, with a fifth special guest expected to release a song with the band later this summer.

Bombay Bicycle Club also released the album's title tune, along with a music video. The video, directed by Jon Higgs from Everything Everything and Kit Monteith (percussionist for Foals), features a local broadcast reporting some serious news.

Paul Epworth co-produced 'Heaven' on the album, while Ben Allen co-produced 'Turn The World On'. Allen previously collaborated with the band on their smash tune 'Shuffle' in 2011.

Dave Fridmann, noted for his work with The Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev, MGMT, and HAIM, mixed "My Big Day."
