Dua Lipa recently released "Dance the Night" a new song that she contributed to the soundtrack for Greta Gerwig's next Barbie film. The song's music video, which is very pink and features a cameo from Gerwig at the very end, was created by Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and the Picard Brothers. Watch Lipa dance on a bright pink stage, drive a Barbie-pink convertible, and direct a group of dancing disco balls in the video below.

The soundtrack for Barbie comes out on Friday, July 21, the same day the movie opens in theaters. The soundtrack also features songs from Haim, Ice Spice, and Tame Impala. Co-authors of "Dance the Night" are Lipa, Wyatt, Caroline Ailin, and Mark Ronson.

Along with Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Issa Rae, Simu Liu, Michael Cera, Kate McKinnon, John Cena, and many others, Dua Lipa will make an appearance in Barbie. Future Nostalgia, the artist's second studio album, was released in 2020. With Calvin Harris and Young Thug, she most recently worked on the song "Potion."
