Taylor Swift's presence at the Super Bowl stirred controversy among conservative pundits. Following the Chiefs' victory over the Baltimore Ravens, social media witnessed a resurgence of criticism, with some suggesting conspiracy theories about Swift's pervasive influence in U.S. pop culture, labeling it as a possible result of psychological manipulation, colloquially referred to as a "psy-op." One prominent post, shared by the right-wing X account End Wokeness, which positions itself as a critic of "wokeness," insinuated that Swift's recent surge in popularity might be attributed to dubious external forces.3. https://gaiteez.com/product/gun-n-roses-november-raining-art-work-valentines-day-unisex-t-shirt/

The End Wokeness account asserted, "What’s happening with Taylor Swift is not organic and natural. It’s an op. We all feel it. We all know it." Swift had already faced increased scrutiny from certain football enthusiasts who found her frequent appearance on camera during NFL games bothersome. In an interview with Time magazine as their Person of the Year, Swift addressed the issue, stating, "I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads."
More recently, some conservative commentators have gone a step further, baselessly suggesting that the heightened attention on Swift might be part of a deliberate scheme to generate excitement for the Democratic Party during a presidential election year.
Vivek Ramaswamy, who withdrew from the Republican primary race earlier this month, put forth his own conspiracy theory on X on Monday. He proposed the idea that the Super Bowl would be manipulated to favor a "culturally propped-up couple," speculating that they would unveil a "significant presidential endorsement" later in the fall.
